The Office of the Administrator and Registrar General (OARG) is set to popularize its core functions across the country – good administration, cost effective, timely registration system, record management and an expedient administration of the estate of deceased persons as required by law.
Saptieu Elizabeth Succoh, Administrator & Registrar General of OARG, speaking at the just concluded 2020 Budget Hearing and Discussion at the Miatta Conference Hall in Freetown, explained that OARG always aspires to provide exceptional service that will create a friendly environment, and a competent positive drive workforce through their 2020 plans.
She outlined their activities for 2020 including the Automation and Digitalization of records/VPN; establishment of OARG office in the North West province; complete overhauling of the System in OARG office both at Headquarter and the regional Offices for proper service delivery; sensitization and awareness raising and introducing a land title registration system that will provide security of title to estates and interest in land.
The OARG is an Agency of Government established by law as a sole corporation with the Ministry of Justice as its supervising ministry.
